Dragon Dances
A child dreams up a dragon design, but just. can’t. get. it. right. The dragons she draws have spikes and crowns and clubs and claws. They’re two-tailed, two-headed, two-toed and three-legged, bearded and bat-eared and blue-tongued and bald. But none of them match her dream-dragon.
Zuva’s Crabby Day
These illustrations were created during the very intense illustration course I took with the Children’s Book Academy in 2020. I have since outgrown the manuscript, but the illustrations remain some of my favourite digital creations.
Safe and Sound
These images show a small part of the journey of four children who are dealing with an emotional challenge: Mom having a new baby, the loss of a loved one, the first day of school, getting lost in a crowded space.

Dotty journeys deep into the ocean in search of the thing that will make her fit in the scary-shark gang. A mouthful of rusty saws helps her achieve her goal, but she soon discovers that being a bully is not for her.
